What is Curis?

Curis is a secure digital health platform built to help patients manage appointments, access medical records, and handle healthcare payments—all in one place.

Which devices or browsers are supported?

Curis works on most modern smartphones, tablets, and computers. We recommend using updated versions of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox for the best experience.

How do I get started with Curis?

Simply create a patient account at www.curis.co.ke, verify your phone number, and follow the onboarding steps to begin booking appointments and accessing care.

Managing Your Account

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your Curis account, go to Settings > Profile Info, and make changes to your name, phone number, or email.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click Forgot Password on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via SMS or email.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Make sure your phone number is correct and your internet is stable. Still stuck? Contact Support at support@curis.co.ke.

Appointments & Medical Records

How do I book an appointment?

Log in, go to the Appointments section, select a clinic or doctor, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking.

Where can I view my medical records?

Access your medical records under My Records once your healthcare provider uploads them after your visit.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Yes. Go to Appointments, select the one you want to change, and follow the Cancel/Reschedule option.

Will I get reminders for upcoming appointments?

Yes, you'll receive SMS and/or email reminders 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Payments & Billing

How do I pay via M-Pesa?

At checkout, choose M-Pesa as your payment method. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment using your M-Pesa PIN.

How do I understand my bill?

Click on any transaction under Billing History to see a detailed breakdown of charges and services rendered.

How do I access my receipts?

Receipts are automatically generated after payment and can be found under Billing > Receipts.

Data Privacy & Security

How can I access my personal data?

Log in and visit Settings > My Data. You can view and download your personal records from there.

How can I request data deletion?

Submit a request via Settings > My Data > Delete My Info. Our team will process it in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act.

How is my data protected?

Curis uses advanced encryption, strict access controls, and secure data centers to safeguard your health and personal information.
